Certificate Track
Our Certificate Track program offers a non-traditional, alternative curriculum specifically designed for students who are working toward a certificate of completion, as outlined in their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Collaborative Approach to Education
We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach, where administrators, faculty, and related service personnel come together to create customized academic programs for each student. Our dedicated team typically includes:
- Credentialed teachers
- Licensed speech and language professionals
- Art therapists
- Licensed therapists
- Behavioral support staff
Holistic Development
Our classes incorporate developmentally-based social skills training, vocational opportunities, and extensive transitional studies. We also foster collaboration with other programs within the Switzer Learning Center, ensuring a comprehensive support system for our students.
Commitment to Independence
Each educational team member is committed to helping our students in the Certificate Track alternative curriculum program develop into independent, productive community members. We are passionate about providing the tools and support necessary for success and empowering students to achieve their full potential.
We invite you to make an appointment to tour the Switzer Learning Center campus to see our work in person.
